We offer short-term accommodation in the city of Heraklion in a 28 sq.m. apartment. Prices range from €35 to €50 per night, depending on the season. The cleaning fee for each booking is €20 plus VAT.

GENERAL TERMS OF USE

The property offers short-term accommodation in the city of Heraklion for 1 to 3 people. It is not recommended for hosting children.

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations for the accommodation are made either online via our automated booking system, by email, or by phone upon agreement.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Free cancellation is available up to 20 days before arrival (e.g., if a booking is for January 20th, cancellation up to December 31st is free of charge).

Cancellations made between 19 and 8 days prior to arrival result in a 50% charge of the total booking value. Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Process: In the event of a booking cancellation that qualifies for a refund based on the policy above, the credited amount will be refunded exclusively to the original card used for the initial booking.

PAYMENT METHODS

The property accepts payments via bank transfer or credit, debit, and prepaid cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners.
